Catered Living at Montgomery Place
The Catered Living Pavilion, on our completely renovated third floor, is home to Montgomery Place’s licensed Assisted Living program. A talented and caring staff of trained professionals provides support for residents who need a little extra help each day in order to maintain their highest level of independence.
This new area has been designed to create privacy, dignity and a high quality of life. Based on a social-residential model, it includes bright country kitchens and intimate spaces for gathering together with family and friends, as well as cozy private apartments.

While you’ll have staff available around the clock, you’ll likely find that the Catered Living Pavilion represents a substantial savings over maintaining a full-time caregiver. The fees for this program will vary depending on the level of service you need and the monthly rental cost of the Montgomery Place apartment you choose. A fee schedule is available below.
Catered Living Pavilion 2008 Fee Schedule
Pricing in the Catered Living Pavilion is based on a required combination of fees for Hyde Park Home Care Services and Montgomery Place.

- Level II $2,705
- Level III $3,255
Note: Each client will be assessed to determine service level needs. As changes occur in the client’s needs, level pricing may be adjusted after family members are given adequate notice. A full schedule of additional services, available for an additional charge, is available upon request.
