Chief Operating OfficerJeannie Mikso
“Montgomery Place offers several ways our residents can pursue their lifelong interests, learn new hobbies with new neighbors,” says Jeannie Mikso. “Our staff members dedicate themselves to providing the level of support and care each resident needs and wants.”
As an experienced Senior Living leader for almost 20 years, Jeannie leads her teams with a focus that is intrinsic for resident health and safety, holistic living, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency. “With each and every decision I make, I consider how the lives of Montgomery Place residents and team members will be affected. I know that if each team member focuses on their individual roles and responsibilities and puts their whole heart into the very best work possible, we will be serving our resident family to the best of our abilities.”
Chief Financial and Administrative OfficerMichael Clark
Michael possesses over 25 years’ of executive level finance, accounting and administrative experience in the nonprofit arena. “Just as our nurses, nursing assistants and caregivers tend to the physical needs of residents and patients, I apply that same diligence to the financial and administrative health of the organization to ensure that the programs and services on which they depend will be here for them now and in the years to come,” says Clark.
Governance
Montgomery Place in Chicago, IL is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization governed by a Board of Directors. The Directors are Hyde Park and Chicago area residents with diverse leadership backgrounds and a commitment to the quality of life and care that Montgomery Place provides residents and patients. Members of the boards are volunteers and do not receive monetary compensation for their board or committee service.
