How is a level of care determined?Qualified physicians and staff members offer an assessment to gauge the needs of each resident.
To ensure the best Chicago senior living, we take the needs of each resident seriously and want to offer the proper level of care upon each community member's arrival. In addition to the initial physician assessment and applications, we will monitor changes in physical and mental capabilities and offer solutions to adjust the degree of care as necessary.
